Wellbeing workshops
Wellbeing workshops are a key part of my value proposition for corporates and businesses. The overall goal of these sessions is to support companies in upskilling their teams with key knowlege, tools and competencies that will support their mental health both in and out of work . Each workshop is designed to fulfill an objective set ahead by the business based on the needs of their teams. You will find some key information below on how I structure my workshops, the types of tools I use and the programme of themes I can roll out as one large training or that can be reshaped based on the business and people's needs.
Key principles of the workshops
Each workshop will be designed to meet a specific learning objective. In addition, it will be designed so that participants acquire key competencies through an individual and group learning process (group dynamics are a key part of the process)

Learning methodology

Each workshop will be split in different phases of work which will each rely on different learning methods selected for their relevance at that point in the process. These methods will be based on commonly used methods in adult learning programmes (questionning, content presentaiton, practical exercies, quizz, brainsorming...). The practical tools that will be used throughout the workshops will be based on sophrology and coaching, amongst other methods.
Overview of my 8-part programme "Better mental health and wellbeing at work through stress management"
each of the 8 sequences below correspond to a workshop designed to meet a specific need: objective, content, practical tools and competencies.
The programme can be delivered as a whole in 8 workshops or reshaped as you wish.
